Todd Harper

President

Todd Harper, one of the founders of Generous Giving, has been actively engaged in spreading the biblical message of generosity for more than 10 years. In his current role as president, Todd acts as the key spokesperson, managing relationships with givers and implementing strategies for advancing the generosity message. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and entrepreneurship from Baylor University and comes out of an 11-year career with Campus Crusade for Christ International, where he served in Russia, Yugoslavia, and in the United States. Prior to joining Generous Giving, Todd was a partner in an investment management firm, advising high net worth clients on growing and using wealth wisely. Todd's passion is to disciple others, and given his extensive experience in ministry leadership, major donor development, and philanthropic advising, he is particularly suited to encourage Christians to excel in the grace of giving. He and his wife, Collynn, and their five children live in Orlando, Florida.
Lee Behar

Executive Vice President - Operations

Lee Behar joined the staff at Generous Giving in January, 2011 as Executive Vice President. In addition to splitting his time overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Generous Giving organization, he has also continued in his role as Strategy Director since joining the Maclellan Foundation, May, 2006. Prior to coming to the Foundation, Lee led the Alliance for Saturation Church Planting, a multi-agency partnership focused on empowering national church planters in Central and Eastern Europe. He has also served as the Assoc. Director of Global Outreach at Perimeter Church near Atlanta. He holds a BBA in Accounting from TCU and is CPA. He has written articles for the Christian Management Report, the Evangelical Missions Quarterly and The Gathering. Lee and his wife, Brooke, live in Signal Mountain, Tennessee with their three children, Mckenna, Knox and Emelyn.

Cathy Cates
Project Manager

Cathy Cates comes to Generous Giving from the Tennessee Aquarium in Chattanooga, where she worked for nine years as an educator. She was responsible for managing a nationally recognized home school program as well as writing science curriculum. In her current duties at Generous Giving, she is responsible for product development, inventory and distribution, and the coordination of publications and communications projects. Cathy graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a bachelor's degree in environmental studies. She lives in Whitwell, Tennessee.
Ladonna Cingilli
Field Team

Ladonna Cingilli brings more than 15 years of leadership experience to her role as vice president of Generous Giving. She started her career working in her family¹s business, managing a pharmacy and specializing in nutrition. An entrepreneur at heart, Ladonna has had the opportunity to open a non-profit book store and start her own business before joining the team at Generous Giving. With a passion to see people healed, Ladonna has worked with Generous Giving since 2005 and loves to see the transforming power of generosity. She and her husband, Or, have three children and live in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Or Cingilli
Director of Technology 

Or Cingilli is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing a comprehensive technological and operational strategy for Generous Giving. This includes participating in and contributing to strategic discussions, working closely with and managing technology vendor relationships, and overseeing all technical projects to aid Generous Giving in fulfilling its mission and operational goals. Cingilli has worked for various nonprofit organizations in Chattanooga, Tennessee, defining and applying technology strategies. He lives in Chattanooga with his wife, Ladonna, and their three children.
Lindsey Clark

JOG Coordinator

Lindsey Clark works with those who are passionate about spreading the message of biblical generosity, serving them as they host Generous Giving experiences.  She joined the Generous Giving team in April, 2012, after spending 10 years in the fields of fundraising and event planning with Easter Seals and Orlando Health. After earning a degree in Speech and Communication Studies from Clemson University, she spent a few years in Atlanta, Georgia before making her way back to her hometown of Orlando, Florida.  An avid Clemson fan, Lindsey loves sports, being outdoors, traveling, serving on mission trips and helping people discover how their gifts can make an impact in the world.

Melinda Eller
Business & Finance Manager

Melinda Eller has served in the position of business and finance manager since 2003. She attended Dalton College and received a bookkeeping certificate from Walker Technical Institute in Rock Spring, Georgia. An active member of her church, Melinda has taught Sunday school for many years. She also serves as church librarian and is active in a group called Christians in Action, which provides home repairs for people in the church and in needy communities throughout the South. She and her husband, LeBron, live in Chickamauga, Georgia. They have three children, two married and one at home attending college.
Brad Formsma
Field Team

Brad Formsma is a field team member of Generous Giving, interacting with givers and facilitating events. As founder and president of the design and construction firm, Meadow Green Landscapes, Brad's passion to give grew along with his company over the years. In 2007 he sold his business to be available to spend more time in the generosity space. Brad serves on the board of trustees of the National Christian Foundation - West Michigan. In 2011 he founded www.ilikegiving.com; a giving campaign to help others live generously. He holds a bachelor's degree in management from Spring Arbor University. He lives with his wife, Laura, and three children in Ada, Michigan.
David Gonzales
Executive Vice President - Field Team

David Gonzales is a field team member of Generous Giving, interacting with givers and facilitating events. He has had an eclectic career, in entrepreneurship in both low and high tech business, in independent movie production, and finally in ministry. During his 5 years on Young Life staff, David had the privilege of working with many generous givers and saw firsthand their deep faith and joy in giving. This ministry experience changed his life and is the reason he's so excited about being a part of the Generous Giving team. He played on the Missouri State University Tennis Team where he earned a bachelor's degree in Business. David, his wife, Christie, and their 3 children live in Austin, Texas.
Matthew Mancinelli
Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

Matthew Mancinelli is responsible for developing and leading the strategy of leveraging Generous Giving's experiences and resources to an expanding number of givers. He seeks to cultivate and develop relationships with ministries, churches, and strategic partners to facilitate transformation in as many givers as possible. Mancinelli earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Literature and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Taylor University in Upland, Indiana, where he currently serves as part of the alumni council. He has traveled and worked in over 30 countries on four continents, many of which while assisting George Verwer, founder of Operation Mobilization. He comes to Generous Giving from the Dalit Freedom Network, where he most recently served as the Director of External Relations, overseeing publications and marketing, working with major donors, and traveling often to India.
Ivette Marrero-Edwards
Executive Assistant to Todd Harper

Ivette Marrero-Edwards brings 20 plus years of administrative support to her role as executive assistant and office manager at Generous Giving. She is originally from the New York /New Jersey area and relocated to Orlando, Florida over 10 years ago. She has worked with executives of various levels at corporations including Johnson & Johnson, in New Jersey; Tupperware Corporation, in Orlando, Florida; and most recently, was the Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO/Chairman of an independent entertainment company; along with being vice president of Sales of a premium cosmetic brush company based in Korea. Ivette is the proud mother of a teenage son.
Janice Munemitsu
Field Team

Janice Munemitsu is the West Coast representative for Generous Giving, responsible for developing awareness and facilitating events, as well as serving individuals and organizations. Janice comes from the consumer brands/food industry, having worked for ConAgra Foods, Mars, Inc., and Clorox. At ConAgra, Janice served as Vice President of Brand Marketing. At Mariners Church, in Irvine, CA, Janice led back-to-back capital campaigns for 9 years. This experience gave her a heart for truly transformational and spiritual stewardship, not just to give a mere gift transaction. She has also served as the volunteer Country Lead for Mariners' Global Outreach, establishing a relationship with a Beijing (registered) Church and investing into Christian leaders there. Janice earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the University of Southern California. She is currently enrolled as a graduate student at the Institute for Spiritual Formation (ISF), Talbot Seminary/Biola University. With a heart for travel, and light suitcase to match, Janice is a native Californian living in Corona del Mar.
Ritchie Scott
Network Support Analyst

Ritchie Scott is Generous Giving's network administrator. His responsibilities include installing and maintaining software and hardware systems. He comes to Generous Giving after having worked in the Information Technology department as the senior client architect for the world's largest carpet manufacturer for 11 years. Ritchie is a graduate of Dalton State and Covenant College. He and his wife, Stephanie, live in Dalton, Georgia, with their two sons.
Lacie Stevens
Field Team

Lacie Stevens is responsible for interacting with givers and facilitating events.  Lacie served as a Financial Advisor for 23 years, advising clients on how to grow and use their wealth wisely.  Most recently, she was a part of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.  In 2007, Lacie attended her first Generous Giving event where she discovered her passion for the message of generosity and her increased joy in giving and serving.  She volunteers with Joni and Friends, having served as a praise and worship leader for three years for Family Retreats in Florida and North Carolina.  She has her degree in marketing and multinational business from Florida State University.  Lacie resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, with her two sons.
Diane Talley
Executive Assistant to Lee Behar 

Diane Talley has been with Generous Giving and The Maclellan Foundation since 1998. As Lee's assistant, she is responsible for administrative duties and day-to-day support for the office of the president and his relationships, as well as working directly with Generous Giving’s Board of Directors. She previously worked for 19 years as assistant buyer/franchise coordinator and event planner with The Krystal Company, a fast-food restaurant chain headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Diane and her husband, Wayne, are natives of Chattanooga where they are both active in their church and community. They have one son and a daughter-in-law.
Julie Wilson
Vice President, Communications

Julie Wilson specializes in providing clarity, focus, and warm guidance in her role as a messaging and communication specialist. She brings to Generous Giving her 13 years of experience as a visionary strategist and start-up team builder with Priority Associates, a ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ, committed to helping professionals find balance in their personal, professional, and spiritual lives. Most recently, she was the messaging coach and emcee for the launch of Revolve, a national tour and conference for teenage girls, which attracted over 38,000 attendees in its first season. Julie earned her bachelor's degree in journalism from Boston University and a certificate of biblical studies from the International School of Theology. Julie and her husband, Gary, live in Richmond, Virginia, with their daughter Ella.
